Know which carriers need a policy before your competitors do.
Every morning we read the FMCSA's insurance, authority and crash filings and flag the trucking companies that have to buy or switch coverage: lapsed policies, brand-new authorities, cancellations, crashes and renewals. Each one comes with the owner's name, phone and email, and the date the clock runs out.
Seven signals
Each one is a public filing that means a trucking company has to talk to an insurance agent soon. Red signs are the ones that can't wait.
Filing to phone call
Nothing manual and nothing scraped from behind a login. Public federal data, read the morning it's published.
The FMCSA publishes
Overnight, the FMCSA posts every insurance filing, cancellation, authority change and reportable crash to data.transportation.gov.
We flag the carriers
We match each filing to the carrier's FMCSA registration for fleet size, officer and contact details, work out who has a deadline, and rank them by how soon they have to act.
You make the call
Get the list however you work: an email each morning, a spreadsheet that refreshes itself, or an API for your CRM.

Before you call
Where does the data come from?
Public federal data: the FMCSA's daily insurance, authority and census files and its crash file on data.transportation.gov, plus NHTSA's VIN decoder. We read the files every morning. Haulflare isn't affiliated with the FMCSA or the U.S. DOT.
How fresh is the list?
It refreshes once a day, by about 9 AM Eastern, from filings the FMCSA published overnight. Each row shows when we first flagged the carrier.
What does "est." on a deadline mean?
Some dates come straight from a filing, like a cancellation's effective date. Others, like renewal dates, are worked out from the policy's start date. Those are marked as estimates.
Whose contact details are these?
The phone and email each carrier registered with the FMCSA, plus the company officer on file. They're business contacts, but you're still responsible for following calling and texting rules such as the TCPA and the Do Not Call registry.
What's in the free plan?
The top 3 carriers in one state, emailed each morning with full contact details. No card, and it doesn't expire. Upgrade when you want the whole list.
Is the list exclusive?
No. Everyone on a plan sees the same carriers for their states. What you get is speed: you know the day the filing lands.
How do I get the data into my CRM?
Paid plans come with an API key. Paste one formula into Google Sheets and the sheet refreshes itself, download a CSV, or call the REST API from your CRM or dialer.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month. Cancel and your key stops at the end of the billing period.
