Terms of Service

Last updated October 26, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Onqix LLC, doing business as Haulflare ("we", "us"). They cover haulflare.com, the customer portal, the API, the data we provide, and the emails we send. By creating an account, subscribing or using the API, you agree to them. If you use Haulflare for a company, you're agreeing for that company too.

1. Who can use Haulflare

Haulflare is for businesses, mainly licensed insurance professionals. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep your account email and API keys private. You're responsible for everything done with your account and your keys.

2. What the service is

Every day we compile public records from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and other U.S. Department of Transportation sources. We add our own signals, such as estimated insurance deadlines, and deliver the result in the portal, by email, as CSV and through the API. Haulflare is not affiliated with or endorsed by FMCSA or the U.S. Department of Transportation.

Government data can be late, incomplete or wrong, and many of our dates are estimates. Check anything that matters before you rely on it. Haulflare provides leads. It doesn't provide insurance, legal or underwriting advice.

3. Plans, trials and billing

4. How you may use the data

While your plan is active, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. It lets you use the data for your own business: finding, contacting, quoting and serving trucking companies. Your employees and contractors may use it on your behalf. You may not:

5. Your outreach is your responsibility

You decide how to contact the companies in your list, and you're responsible for following every law that applies. That includes the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the National Do Not Call Registry and state do-not-call rules, CAN-SPAM, state telemarketing and insurance solicitation laws, and your licensing requirements. Many numbers in FMCSA records are cell phones. Scrub your lists, and don't autodial or text anyone without the consent the law requires. If a carrier asks you to stop contacting them, stop.

6. Carriers and corrections

If a carrier asks us to correct or exclude its record, we may change or remove it from the service. We may also change, add or remove data sources at any time.

7. Changes and availability

We work to keep Haulflare running and the data fresh every day. We don't promise any particular uptime, and the service may be down for maintenance or because a data source is unavailable. We may change, add or remove features. If we discontinue a paid plan, we'll refund any time you've prepaid and can't use.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using Haulflare anytime. If you break these terms, misuse the data, or don't pay, we may suspend or close your account and revoke your API keys. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you first. Sections 4, 5 and 9 to 13 continue to apply after your account ends.

9. Ownership and feedback

The service, our software, our signals, and our selection and arrangement of the data belong to us. The underlying government records are public, and these terms don't limit your right to get them from the government yourself. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

10. Disclaimer

The service and data are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise that the service will produce leads, sales or any particular result.

11. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and (b) $100.

12. Indemnity

You'll defend and indemnify Onqix LLC against third-party claims, fines and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that come from your use of the data, your outreach, or your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Texas. Before filing a claim, email us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top, and for material changes we'll email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Using Haulflare after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, cancel before then.

15. Everything else

These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about Haulflare. If a court finds any part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term, we haven't waived it. You may not transfer these terms without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger or sale of the business.
